Your role within the organization will mainly to be working with the APAC Finance Manager to provide accurate financial information and reports to the management. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.
Responsibilities
* Handle daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, bills, and expense claims
* Process payments to suppliers
* Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
* Follow up on overdue invoices and arrange payment plans
* Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and address issues when needed
* Prepare month-end accounts and assist with year-end closing
* Support financial audit activities
* Perform basic financial checks, research, and analysis to support decision-making
