This is a full-time position reporting to the State Operations Manager, providing ownership of the centre, leadership, motivation, and significant impact on day-to-day operational running.Role ResponsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability.
Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
