Baker Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to fill a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and be able to prepare, mix, knead, shape, and bake a range of bread, rolls, buns, and specialty items.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor baking machinery and ovens to ensure high-quality products
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
* Prepare and present baked goods that meet appearance, freshness, and quality standards
Requirements
* Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification is highly regarded
* A minimum of one year of relevant industry experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking times, and bakery operations is required
