The ideal candidate will need to undertake and possess a range of skills.
* Prepare meat for wholesale and retail sale using various processes including cutting, mincing, grinding, trimming fat, and removing bones.
* Operate machines to grind, mix, mince, and tenderise meat while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Make seasonings and pickles by mixing spices, salt, and other ingredients to enhance the flavor of meats.
* Prepare crumbled cuts of meat, marinate, season, and cure special cuts to meet customer demands.
* Select and prepare meat to produce small-goods such as sausages, hams, and other processed meats.
