About the Role:
As a CPR and First Aid Trainer, you will play a key role in equipping individuals with essential life-saving skills, aligned with SMA's commitment to safety and education in sport and active communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver CPR and First Aid training in line with nationally recognised units of competency
Facilitate engaging, inclusive, and practical learning experiences
Uphold SMA's commitment to quality, safety, and participant experience
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Represent SMA's values and standards in all training environments
About You:
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 upgrades)
Hold current units of competency:
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Reliable, well-organised, and passionate about education and safety
Ability to engage a diverse range of learners
Own reliable transport and willingness to travel locally
