Requirements
* Technical Experience: Background in sales/business development within medium-scale businesses, ideally in Mining Technology, OEM, or consulting/services within the mining sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales performance through process optimization and operational efficiency.
* Proven experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams through growth and change, building cohesive, results-driven cultures.
