We have an outstanding track record in the professional development of our team.About the PositionThe position is conveniently located in Gosford, reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with both the Financial Controller and CFO. The ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across different levels of the organisation is critical to the success of this position.You will perform a key function in the preparation and analysis of our monthly reporting packs delivered to stakeholders and senior management, this includes management accounts for all of our practices and variance to budget analysis. Further responsibilities include:Perform in depth reviews on key P&L line items, such as consumables, operating expenses and divisional margins.Design and maintain financial dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI.Help to develop business cases for market expansions, including new greenfield and brownfield sites, pricing reviews and modality sensitivity analysis.Aid in the review of business acquisitions and other market sensitive analysis as necessary.You will also be part of the management accounting team responsible for all compliance, budget and forecasting of the business. This includes assisting when necessary with reviews of payroll reporting, AP and AR reconciliations and other ad-hoc tasks as required.About YouYou will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, quick learner and adaptable to changes. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in understanding and distilling complex data into meaningful dashboards for management discussion and decision making. You will have well developed Excel skills with established data analysis knowledge highly regarded, including understanding of Microsoft PowerBI and the development of dashboards from data cubes.
