About the Role
Children's Ground is a First Nations organisation. The Children's Ground Approach aims to create systems change, ensuring dignity, justice and equity for all children and families. Our work focuses on national reform as well as evidencing a new way of working.
The approach is whole of community and whole of life. We privilege First Nations knowledge systems and practice. Led by local expertise over the course of a generation, we create and deliver an integrated system that centres learning, development and wellbeing. This responds to key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.
We recognise the cultural, social, and economic strength of our communities. Over a generation, we build on this to ensure a future for our children and grandchildren with freedom, opportunity and rights to their culture and identity.
Our teams operate in Central Australia and across the Top End, supported by a Shared Services team based in Melbourne.
