We're working with a leading mechanical services provider seeking a driven HVAC Team Leader/Supervisor to join their commercial team. If you've got solid experience in air conditioning, refrigeration and chillers, and you're ready to take that next step-this is your chance. You'll be working across high-end commercial sites including shopping centres and retail precincts, managing both reactive and preventative maintenance, commissioning, and minor project works. The Role: 80% on the tools, 20% office/admin - ideal for someone ready to develop into a supervisor role Lead a small team across commercial HVAC, including chillers, refrigeration, and BMS Report to the Account Manager and liaise with stakeholders across mechanical, fire and electrical Contribute to design, construction and commissioning work as needed Manage temporary portable units and ensure compliance with Essential Services standards What You'll Bring: Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning QBCC Licence and valid Driver's Licence Hands-on experience in central plant systems Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent problem-solving and communication skills A high standard of WHS awareness Experience managing contractors and writing quotes Why Join?
