Job Description
A fast-growing AI-native SaaS company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their product engineering team. The business is building a next‐generation platform used by enterprise organisations to drive large‐scale initiatives.
You'll play a key role in designing and building scalable product features across the full stack, working closely with leadership and product teams to shape the technical direction of the platform. This is a highly hands‐on role where you'll contribute to architecture, development and delivery, while helping drive best practice across the engineering lifecycle.
The team operates in a modern product‐led environment with a strong focus on automation, AI‐assisted development, and scalable cloud architecture. The role is fully remote and offers significant ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the platform.
Requirements
* Strong experience building modern full stack web applications.
* Proficiency with React or similar component‐based frontend frameworks.
* Experience working with backend web frameworks such as Python, Rails, Node etc.
* Experience building AI‐enabled or AI‐assisted engineering workflows.
* Solid experience working with cloud‐based infrastructure (Azure preferred).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
* Strong understanding of building secure, scalable SaaS products.
* Ability to work autonomously and contribute to architectural discussions.
* Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis or distributed data systems.
* Exposure to task queues or background processing frameworks.
* Experience building integrations with enterprise collaboration platforms.
* Contributions to open‐source projects or wider technical communities.
