**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in an exciting role which will give you the autonomy to manage your own projects, customers and stakeholders on the ground. Delivering outstanding service, you will be the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland whilst at the same time enhancing Stockland's competitive position and brand. You will act as the voice of the customer as part of a team who strives to innovate, creating experiences that are always getting better.
**About the Role**
- Be the first point of contact for customers;
- Deliver exceptional service, with the ability to think outside the box to effectively solve issues;
- Listen, empathise and think creatively to manage customer and stakeholder feedback;
- Maintain and update the after-sales CRM systems and processes to enhance the customer's experience;
- Plan, schedule and create EDMs to keep our customers up-to-date.
**About You**
- Significant experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ideally experience within the residential home sales or customer space
- A customer focus is what drives you - you truly understand delivering outstanding service
- Superior communicator with great listening skills which enables you to be effective in conflict resolution;
- Experience working with a number of key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
- Exposure to contract and legal administration
- Hold a current driver's license and have personal transport, as travel is required in the role.
