We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Employment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in helping our clients become work-ready and find sustainable employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting job seekers in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source employment opportunities for job seekers
* Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities and secure employment
* Deliver ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
* Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
* Create and implement a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
* Build relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
* Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
* Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm availability
