About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Emergency Department Administration Team who provide support to ED and the Emergency Medicine Unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This critical role will be responsible for:
* The activation of all emergency paging throughout the facility
* Facilitating all admissions through ED and recording health information and insurances
* Administrative duties and data entry

* Demonstrate the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times, while safeguarding against misuse or inappropriate release of health information
* Display sound judgment and logical thinking
* Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail
* Be a willing team member, able to work a 24 hour rotating roster as needed
