Reporting to the Team Leader Organisational Development, you'll be an integral part of our People and Change Team, serving as a trusted business partner for key internal stakeholders. Your role will focus on two critical areas: Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.
In the realm of Employee Relations, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing positive employee relationships while effectively resolving staff-related matters. Your expertise will ensure that our workplace remains harmonious, supportive, and conducive to productivity.
Simultaneously, in Talent Acquisition, you'll provide oversight and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to refine and enhance Council's talent strategies. From elevating our employer branding to implementing innovative recruitment techniques, you'll be at the forefront of attracting top talent to our organisation.
