About the role:
This exciting opportunity is for a passionate individual with customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This a Full-time role actively supporting Opal’s 10 Care Communities across WA, working alongside the Care Community-based Customer Support Managers, and Administration Officers.

Role requirements and responsibilities:
* Roving role covering the WA region.
* Permanent Full-time position.
* $70k - $90k (inclusive of 11% super) dependent on experience level.
* Experience in Administration roles (Aged Care Preferred)
* Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
* Management of rostering for all staff in the Care Community
* Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
* Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
* Assisting with client services and general enquiries
* Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
* Reception and other administration duties where required
