Design Team Member
Blueprint Homes seeks an experienced Sketch Designer to join their team.
* Produce high-quality Archicad sketches for Senior Design Consultants following their design briefs.
* Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve design and construction issues.
* Offer expert advice and guidance on design matters or suggestions.
* Develop innovative display homes designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Senior Design Consultants to create premium display homes.
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Utilize Archicad skills to produce detailed sketches and plans.
* Contribute to the development of new display home designs.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology.
* Strong Archicad skills and knowledge of R-Codes and NCC requirements.
* At least 3 years' experience in residential drafting with a project home builder in Perth.
* Creative flair with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
