We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Pathways and VET Curriculum Leader for a full-time, 3-year contract starting in Term 1, 2021.
About The Role
The Senior Pathways and VET Curriculum Leader will support the mission of St Teresa's College through leadership of the learning and teaching program. Responsibilities include developing and implementing pedagogies, ensuring high-quality student learning, supervising teachers, analyzing data to inform decisions, and managing resources effectively.
Key Accountabilities
* Leading coordination of designated curriculum areas
* Applying contemporary research and data analysis to improve classroom practice
* Supervising teachers in curriculum areas
* Inducting new teachers
* Providing pastoral care to staff in curriculum areas
* Participating in staff and leadership meetings
* Communicating with the College Leadership Team
* Performing additional duties as required by the Principal and Leadership Team
Experience in boys' education, boarding environments, or rural/remote settings is highly desirable.
