Field Service Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide customer support and engineering services through small projects, on-site installations, troubleshooting, service, and equipment repair.
Responsibilities:
* Perform field service work, including engineering assistance, installation, startup, integration, system optimization, maintenance, and warranty implementation.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site.
* Provide technical assistance and coordination of RA products and systems.
* On-site analysis and specification preparation.
* Hardware configuration and system/product application.
* Programming support.
* Project coordination between customers, OEMs, sales, and product divisions.
* Technical support for field start-up, integration, and maintenance.
* Documentation and reporting.
The Essentials:
* University degree in Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent) or trade qualification with additional tertiary education.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* 5+ years of engineering and field experience.
* Deliver technical presentations to all partners.
* Background in automation.
* Understanding of PLC systems and networking.
