You'll be the go-to expert for understanding the impact of change across the portfolio, ensuring we navigate transformation with confidence and clarity.

In this role you'll get to… Deliver clear, concise insights to leadership and stakeholders, turning complex data into compelling stories.
Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and overall portfolio insights.
Collaborate with project teams and change practitioners to gather data on adoption, readiness, and engagement.
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement across the change portfolio.
Manage the Enterprise Change Dashboard and support the improvements to CPM tools and functionality.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into change performance.
Support the Org Change Management Practice Lead to define and track metrics that measure the health and effectiveness of the change practice.
Provide insights to help prioritise and sequence change initiatives to minimise disruption and maximise value.
What you'll bring to the role To be successful in the role you will have: A background in understanding of change management frameworks and the metrics that drive success (e.g., adoption rates, readiness assessments, engagement levels).
Experience gathering, analysing, and visualising data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Experienced in creating dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in tools such as PowerBI, Excel, project management software (e.g., Jira, Planview) and CPM to track and report on portfolio metrics.
Ability to collaborate with leaders, project teams, and change practitioners to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
Comfortable working across multiple projects, synthesising data into a portfolio-wide view.
