Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant – Restaurant Barista, you’ll be responsible for consistently preparing quality espresso coffee while assisting with food and beverage service across the restaurant.
Your ability to balance speed, accuracy, and warm hospitality will ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

• Assist with food and beverage service across the restaurant floor
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver professional, friendly service while managing high guest demand
• Support a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
• Uphold RSA responsibilities and house policies
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide seamless service
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced hospitality professional with a genuine passion for coffee and guest service.
You thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting, enjoy variety in your workday, and take pride in delivering quality results.
To be successful, you will need:
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a barista role, confident in high-volume service
• Previous restaurant, café, or food service experience (essential)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and follow processes in a dynamic environment
• A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (desirable)
