Overview
Eagers Automotive currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at EasyAuto123 in Joondalup.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
* Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
* Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
* Build relationships with customers and potential customers
* Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
* Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
About you
Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those that have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply!
You will ideally possess:
* Used car sales experience (desirable but not essential)
* Manual Drivers Licence
* Must be self-motivated and goal driven
* Ability to meet KPI's and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
* Hold full Australian working rights
