We are currently seeking an experienced Security Patrol Service Coordinator who is looking to advance their career and take that next step
In this role as a
**Security Patrol Service Coordinator** you will ensure the safety and security of Patrol in Canberra sites, with shifts Monday - Friday (0600 - 1700) with flexablity to changes in shift timings in accordance with patrols to be covered in the area.
**To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following**:
- You must have a valid drivers license
- Confident in your driving abilities
- Must be physical fit & able to walk & drive at all times
- Valid ACT Security License
- **Have full availability (Monday - Friday)**:
- Must be a self starter
- able to get tasks done without supervision
- Have excellent communication skills and command of the English language, both verbal and written;
- **Must be able to pass a medical test**:
- Excellent customer service skills
**Operational**
- Provide Patrol Officers with additional support during confirmed break and enter.
- Provide practical support and complete reporting requirements for vehicle accidents or break downs
- Escalate any issues of risk to your manager
- Provide buddy training for new Patrol Officers to ensure they are familiar with sites and understanding of Mobile Patrol procedures.
- Conduct monthly random patrol runs and accompany a Patrol Officer to monitor services are being conducted as per procedures and duties performed adequately.
- Assist in reviewing dockets, occurrence and incident reports for quality assurance.
- Assist in reviewing run sheets to maximize zone density and efficiency
- Assist in coordinating workload to ensuring minimize compliance issues.
**Leadership**
- Ensure Mobile Patrol Officers are provided with the tools, environment and training to perform role.
- Identify and communicate training requirements.
- Provide clear communication and direction to the Mobile Patrols Team on expectations and priority actions.
- Provide support on matters of site and staff performance.
- Provide accurate and timely information on performance, variances and accompanying action plans to State and other Managers as required.
- Participate in regular structured meetings with team to review group performance, set action plans and agree on timelines.
- Implement and monitor the management of overheads such as resourcing, labour utilisation and cost analysis.
- Monitor the incidence of claims, customer complaints, staff issues and capital expenditure.
- Recognise and reward Mobile Patrol Officers for good performance.
- Counsel and support under-performing employees, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery or profit.
