The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

The Successful Candidate
Natural leader with a passion for teaching children
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals
Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children
Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun
Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards

Service Location: Mount Waverley Before School Care: 7-9am After School Care: 2:30 - 6:30pm Admin: 3 hours Total 33 hours per week
Job Description This fixed‑term, part‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
