We are currently seeking a seasoned **National Field Sales Manager** to lead our Australia & New Zealand practitioner sales team based out of our Head Office in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane.
Primarily this role will provide sales leadership to the Practitioner ANZ business and to implement sales strategies to achieve the annual sales targets and objectives as defined by Integria. This role will develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, associations, colleges & educational Institutions whilst ensuring successful skill development, training, recruitment and retention for the field sales team.
**Key Priorities**:
- Increase effectiveness of Account Managers - Practitioner to achieve annual sales budget, KPI's and objectives for allocated territories
- Ensure the successful implementation of Sales & Marketing plans across all defined customers
- Enhance the selling skills and technical competence of the Practitioner sales team through active coaching, formal training and ongoing internal IHC training & education; with the aim to achieve high retention rates and build a high performing team
- Optimise the sales team to effectively plan and manage a territory and call cycle across their defined territory
- Utilise and support sales team with CRM, Power BI and My Integria to maintain customer records, identify opportunities and assist with customer ordering
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
- Work with the Senior Account Managers to help execute the Colleges & Educational Institutions strategy.
- Develop relationships and increase sales results with key accounts and distributors
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business, especially Customer Care, Clinical Support, Events and Accounts Receivable teams
- Coordinate quarterly cycle meetings with education and marketing teams
**Key Experience & Skills**
- Experience in a similar role with minimum **2 years** managing a team in the practitioner sector, pharmacy or health food channels.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving financial budgets and targets.
- Excellent relationship management, both internal and external
- Degree qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbal Medicine or health related fields strongly preferred.
- Computer literacy essential; preferably experienced in Microsoft Office, D365 and CRM.
- A Valid Driver's licence essential.
