We aim to continuously improve our practices by expanding our team and seeking an experienced Systems Support Coordinator to assist in implementing our Management System. This role will focus on supporting the Systems Lead and Divisional Manager HSEQT in document preparation, monitoring compliance, and identifying improvements.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
* Experience in Business Administration, Quality Management, WHS, ENV, or a related field
* Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Additional training in continuous improvement methods
* Previous experience in administration, compliance, or coordination roles
* Exposure to ISO management systems (especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Previous work in industries like construction, manufacturing, or services where compliance is critical
* Experience supporting audits, inspections, and system rollouts
