The Opportunity
* Plan and implement a rich evidence based kindergarten program
* Build meaningful and positive relationships with children, families and the team
* Work closely with our Educational Leader and Centre Manager to champion best practice
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and curriculum requirements
* Create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, supported and valued
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
* VIT registration
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and VEYLDF
* Warm, confident and capable of creating engaging learning experiences
* Excellent communication skills
* Committed to delivering high quality early childhood education
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and Working with Children Check
