What role will you play?
As a Portfolio Planning Manager, you will assist in managing the prioritisation and planning delivery process across the Commodities and Global Markets Division, working within the Control Tower. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you will facilitate the prioritisation and planning processes, including scheduling and co-ordinating the process steps within our defined frameworks, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth running of the process. You’ll also work closely with other team members across Control Tower, providing strategic insights, tracking OKR achievement, and continuously assessing and improving planning processes.
What you offer
* 4+ years of experience in managing the planning and delivery execution process
* Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a similar field
* Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and OKRs
* Consulting experience or financial services experience is advantageous
