About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Specialist to play a strategic role across pre-sales, solution architecture, and thought leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into modern Microsoft-based solutions. You will combine technical expertise with commercial thinking to help shape engagements, influence customers, and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)

* Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements.
* Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
* Translate customer needs into solution architectures using Microsoft technologies.
* Present solution strategies and tell compelling technology stories in a clear, accessible way.
* Educate customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business use cases.
* Support proposals, solution design, and technical components of commercial engagements.

Delivery & Technical Oversight

* Provide technical leadership and oversight on projects where required.
* Support delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions and strong customer outcomes.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or quality assurance lead during project delivery.
* In some engagements, contribute to billable technical work, particularly in Azure-based solutions.

Success in this role will include:

* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Leading pre-sales conversations and shaping solution approaches
* Helping customers understand industry trends and Microsoft solution opportunities
* Providing technical oversight on key projects
* Contributing to AI and Microsoft cloud thought leadership initiatives
* Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (especially Azure)
* Experience in solution architecture or technical pre-sales roles
* Ability to lead customer conversations and shape solution direction
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience translating business problems into technical solutions

Highly Valued

* Experience with AI or emerging Microsoft technologies
* Microsoft certifications or partner ecosystem experience
* Consulting or professional services background
