About the Role
* Provide High-Quality Psychological Counselling: Conduct assessments, manage high-risk situations, and deliver short-term interventions for students and staff.
* Develop and Deliver Mental Health Initiatives: Plan and implement in-person and online therapeutic groups, workshops, and training programs.
* Ensure Clinical Excellence: Participate in supervision, maintain case records, and stay current with counselling practices and emerging issues.
* Collaborate and Contribute: Work within a multidisciplinary team, potentially supervise interns, and actively contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace environment.
You will be a registered psychologist with clinical or counselling endorsement or an accredited mental health social worker, possessing extensive counselling experience and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a university setting.
