Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our QLD Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across our Remote Village Accommodations. These positions will be FIFO from Brisbane Airport or DIDO if you live near to site. Sites are located in Middlemount, Moura, Moranbah, Reedy Creek, Spring Gully, Emerald areas. Applicants available now are encouraged to apply. Work away will be either 14 or 7 days on site, with a minimum of 7 days RNR after each swing.
Responsibilities
Report to Delta FM Hub Scheduling Team
Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes
Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
Qualifications
Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
Full C Class Manual Drivers Licence & White Card
Provide a National Police Check (within 12 months)
Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
Advantageous: S11 & Coal Board Medical, CS, WAH, HRWL
Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
