The property includes Samuels on Mill, a brasserie-style restaurant and bar, with seasonal menus celebrating West Australian makers and produce. Parmelia Hilton Perth offers 308 guest rooms, an Executive Lounge, pool, fitness centre and events facilities.

Responsibilities
- Contributes to a creative and contemporary dessert program, including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events.
- A dietary requirements wizard.
- Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment.
- Contribute to the control of costs.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications / About You
- Minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered).
- Great flexibility with a minimum of 3 days' availability.
- Minimum 2 years of pastry experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable).
