Key Responsibilities
* Manage office operations efficiently
* Oversee project management tasks and ensure timely completion
* Provide administrative support including document preparation and contract administration
* Handle invoicing requirements and financial management systems
* Assist managers with timesheets and cost control
* Facilitate administrative tasks such as event planning, meeting room coordination, logistics, and office supplies procurement
You will also welcome clients and visitors warmly, oversee IT equipment deliveries, courier services, and vehicle bookings.
Requirements
* Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a clear task list
* Manage competing demands efficiently
* Strong administrative experience and ability to quickly learn PMO-related processes and systems (e.g., SAP and Primavera)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills
* Background in finance beneficial, especially in supporting financial and commercial aspects of projects
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, be approachable, and maintain organization under pressure
