 
        
        **Overview**: 
We are looking for a Multimedia Officer to join our friendly team! This position requires a highly motivated individual, passionate about producing high quality work while supporting the vision of the business. The Multimedia Officer will need a great deal of attention to detail, be willing to take ownership for the execution of all projects he/she works on, have a teachable and patient attitude and the drive to get the job done despite setbacks. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW. 
**Main tasks**: 
The Multimedia Officer will be responsible for the following duties: 
- Run regular digital/online advertising campaigns on Facebook; 
- Regular digital/online campaigns with Google AdWords to capture new leads and convert them into paid consultations for the company; 
- Creating computer animation, video and graphic image files for campaigns; 
- Plan, Test and Implement new digital advertising campaigns in other platforms that we are not currently using; 
- Assisting in analysing, specifying and developing Internet strategies and suggest new and better channels to Director/s if testing is successful; 
- Design, create and maintain all content and artwork required for the digital ads; 
- Monitor and track all digital advertising campaigns in all platforms as well as reach and traction into other platforms such as Twitter chats, Google+ Hangouts, LinkedIn; 
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific social platforms/networks to both spread our brand, our content and links; 
- Actively monitoring all platforms for reviews, comments and engagement related to our company and brand; 
- Communicating with network specialists regarding web-related issues, and creating guides for multimedia content; 
- Create and implement a Digital Reviews Crisis Plan & Procedure with guidelines and procedure. 
- Create a documentation process and step-by-step guide as to how this should be managed; 
- Contribute with digital advertising ideas in relation to how we can advertise positive feedback and testimonial; 
- Excellent issue analysis and resolution skills, testing and correcting errors. 
**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**: 
- Relevant Degree or Higher Qualification and a minimum of 2 years of work experience, or at least 5 years of relevant experience to substitute for the formal qualification. 
**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**: 
- Friendly with excellent communication skills; 
- Ability to work positively in a team environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitude; 
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure; 
- Google AdWords skills. 
Annual salary will be between $65,000 to $75,000 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
