We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our client's Canning Vale operation. This positon is ideally suited to people who have a background in a mechanical or retail parts industry with a good understanding of machinery and parts. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for: Adminstration relating to asset and equipment maintenance Closing work orders in SAP Filing/archiving documents relating to work orders Issuing purchase orders Receiving and processing invoices Updating stakeholders on maintenance requests Ordering parts Requirements and Attributes: Previous experience in the mechanical industry with an understanding of maintenance of plant equipment, scheduling work orders, paying invoices Knowledge of machinery parts Data entry skills Well versed in the MS Office suite Experience using SAP (preferred, but not essential) A quick learner Strong communication skills File management Ability to work in a team This will be an ongoing position for the right candidate.
