**Job Description**
A highly motivated and passionate customer service professional with excellent attention to detail is required to lead the delivery of all FM services and annual projects at a site/site.
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong overall computer skills are also essential.
The role involves delivering exceptional client service, managing site contracts effectively, achieving performance targets and KPIs, maintaining financial accountability, ensuring health and safety compliance, providing comprehensive reporting, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility, Property, or related field
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of HSE requirements, Australian Standards, and vendor management for specialised services
* Tertiary qualification in Building/Facility Management or Business Administration advantageous but not essential
