This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality service standards, managing site operations, and leading a team to ensure exceptional care for families and the community.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards while driving continuous improvement and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support operations staff across site services
* Oversee park development, maintenance, and presentation of facilities
* Partner closely with sales teams to deliver seamless service outcomes
* Manage site performance, budgets, and financial targets
* Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and company policies
* Drive operational improvements and change initiatives
* Build strong relationships within the local community
* Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

* Proven leadership experience in operations or service-based environments
* Strong people management and team development skills
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets
* Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
