Safety and Efficiency Engineer
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of railway principles and processes, with hands-on experience in signalling arrangements and circuit design.
Key Responsibilities include engineering functions such as signal engineering office and field assignments, design and documentation of signalling circuit designs, validation and testing of safety-critical design, project supervision, and stakeholder collaboration.
Salary: $122000 plus 12.75% Superannuation

Required Skills:
* Railway principles and processes and experience in Signalling Arrangement concept and alteration signal circuit design
* Demonstrated skills in maintenance project management or testing with a sound understanding of signalling principles and standards aligned to these
* Proven ability to work independently setting clear goals and delivering team-oriented outcomes
* Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to produce concise technical reports
* Practical understanding of railway principles and processes with hands-on experience in signalling arrangements and circuit design
Qualifications:
Bachelor Engineering Electrical/Electronic Degree
International qualifications recognised under the Washington Accord/demonstrated by Engineers Australia accepted
