Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our stores you will work with world-class technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS and OCT. You will understand the lives behind the eyes and help maximise a customer's lifestyle enjoyment factor with appropriate eyecare, while delivering high-quality tailored customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers, including different appointment types (e.g., kids, contact lenses, therapeutics).
* Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
* Clearly explain lens technology and communicate the features and benefits of lenses, including coatings and extras.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise Eyecare revenue, including technology, optometry labour efficiencies and appropriate Medicare billing.
