About this role:

* Type: Casual and Permanent Part-time Position
You'll build strong relationships with residents, helping them feel heard, comfortable and well-cared for.
* Support daily living needs – assisting with personal care and ensuring residents' dignity is respected.
* Work collaboratively to support residents with complex needs.
* Contribute to maintaining residents' physical and mental well-being.
* Assist with health-related tasks – supporting treatments and therapies.
* Be a trusted friend to residents.
To succeed in this role, you'll be a compassionate and skilled caregiver, with:
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
* Prior experience as a caregiver or similar.
* Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
