Branch Manager | Community Bank Kingsway | WA
Overview
Lead the local branch with a strategic plan to gain market share in the Kingsway area. This is an all‑rounder role with leadership, commercial, and operational responsibilities and accountabilities.
What you'll do
* Coach and develop competencies in your team with a focus on continuous improvement; proactively support performance and career development goals
* Prioritise business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans
* Collaborate with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships; act as the face of the brand and participate in events
* Lead by example and prioritise the customer experience; step in wherever the branch needs you
* Engage in ongoing learning with on‑the‑job training and other development opportunities
* Build connections and contribute to community support and initiatives
This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Kingsway.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you'll drive the branch's growth through leadership, team coaching and business development. We'd love you to have:
* People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
* Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework
* Ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
* High level understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
* Knowledge of retail branch operations
