As a Senior Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NSW Department of Customer Service. Key responsibilities include coordinating Ministerial, Parliamentary, Executive and other requests across complex issues, drafting correspondence, briefings and advice, preparing for Parliamentary sitting weeks, and leading the development of procedures and guidance documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, exceptional writing skills, leadership experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster productive relationships with stakeholders.
