**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of a small project team delivering community-based, family-centred early intervention services to children under 6 years old and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver community-based, family-centred early intervention services to children under 6 years old and their families;
">
2. Work collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families;
">
3. Provide expert advice and support to families on early childhood development and ECIA best practice guidelines;
">
4. Travel within the region to effectively support participants and their families;
">
5. Supervise and mentor junior staff members;
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification in early childhood education or allied health, with experience working with young children and their families. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organisational and time management skills.
