Responsibilities:
Leading and guiding rectification of technical registry production issues while liaising with clients (internal and external) to ensure issues are resolved within agreed client SLA’s.
Technical ability to elicit requirements, perform root cause analysis and develop function specifications to achieve the necessary outcomes for the client and for Technical Support Services
Supports the onboarding of new managed support services.
Maintain process documentation
Maintain technical documentation
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures governing registry support
Support the change management process by providing accurate and timely
documentation
Manage personal development environments to meet expected security standards
Skills and experience:
Education and Experience
3+ years' experience in Superannuation/Financial Services industry or IT Managed support services.
Demonstrated technical experience in Registry applications delivering IT support services
Knowledge and Skills:
One or more major Australian Superannuation Registry systems, such as Acurity, SuperB, Calibre or Capital (Acurity preferred)
Database programming languages including SQL
Business analysis skills
Demonstrate strong communication skills to converse with both end-users, internal and external stakeholders.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Strong technical skills to drive optimum delivery outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen and technical skills.
Ability to present to stakeholders and communicate complex issues in simple terms.
Good understanding of the business information needs of the organisation, particularly as it relates to the Australian Superannuation environment
Good troubleshooting skills
