Rogers Insurance Group Pty Ltd ATF The Rogers Insurance Group Trust T/as Elders Insurance Bundaberg is the Elders Insurance agency in Bundaberg QLD where we currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Assistant Account Executive.

Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist/Assistant Account Executive plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.
Your friendly attitude, effective communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders.
This position provides administrative support to the broader Agency. You will support a client and results focused culture within the business, be responsive to client needs and deliver superior service to clients and others within the office team.
You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices.
Major Duties
* Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors.
* Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.
* Processing of insurance quotations, new business, renewals and endorsements.
* Comprehensive recording of notes using CRM system Salesforce.
* Opportunities exist to be trained in other areas of the business including underwriting, portfolio management and claims management.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role you must:
* Display excellent phone etiquette with clear speech, active listening and the ability to handle calls professionally.
* Display computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
* Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances (at our cost).
* Obtain Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance (on the job support to obtain this qualification).
You will also have the following qualities:

* Concern for quality, accuracy and efficiency.
