About the role
Join the dedicated team at Arrow Bronze, a leading manufacturer of bronze castings, as a Foundry Team Member. This full-time position in our Dandenong South, VIC facility is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our production operations.
What you'll be doing
* Operate various foundry equipment and machinery to cast, mould and finish bronze products
* Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks to ensure consistent and efficient production
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily production targets
* Identify and report any issues or defects in the manufacturing process
* Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment, preferably with exposure to casting or metalworking
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
