We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering logistics support services to Defence projects, including inventory management, reporting, and system data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics activities, including stock holdings, codification of equipment, and disposal activities across Defence systems.
* Maintain data integrity and navigate Defence logistics platforms like MILIS and emerging ERP systems.
* Generate accurate reports and conduct audits to support decision-making.
* Advise senior managers and collaborate with Field Services Representatives and system stakeholders.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in logistics and inventory management, with a strong understanding of Defence logistics platforms.
* Skilled in maintaining data integrity and navigating complex systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise senior managers and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
* Ability to manage risks, records, and compliance requirements.
