Executive Assistant - Healthcare


About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced and senior administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an integral part of our team, this role involves providing high-level secretarial and administrative support.

You will be responsible for diary management, including organizing client meetings and facilitating travel arrangements, as well as assisting with the preparation and processing of pre-bills and accounts on a monthly basis, and client reporting requirements.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses, as well as administering quality and risk responsibilities for the practice, ensuring compliance at the highest level.

To excel in this challenging and rewarding role, you must possess strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations, and have advanced technical skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with meticulous attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to our team.

* Manage diaries, organize client meetings, and facilitate travel arrangements.

* Assist with the preparation and processing of pre-bills and accounts on a monthly basis, and client reporting requirements.

* Manage general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses.

* Administer quality and risk responsibilities for the practice, ensuring compliance at the highest level.


Requirements

* Proven experience in a legal administrative or similar role within a corporate environment.

* Experience in billing processing using Aderant Expert is desirable.

* A proactive approach with a drive to contribute to the business's success.

* The ability to build positive relationships with Partners and colleagues.

* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

* Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with meticulous attention to detail.
