THE ROLE Based in our corporate office at Cleveland, work in a team that manages Council Contract accounts administration processes and support for our national company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and maintain Council monthly invoices Creating quarterly and annual Rise & Falls Processing of documentation accurately and efficiently within required timeframes Responding to email and phone enquiries and meeting customers Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met Facilitate flow of information between operations, administration and management General administration and office support Other duties as requested ABOUT YOU High level computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Excel Ability to interpret and analyse data within Excel Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is desired Experience with Rise and Falls is desired A commitment to providing customer service of the highest standard Excellent communication skills both verbally & written.
