Responsibilities:
* Implement, secure and maintain computer systems for test, development and production environments.
* Support multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux) and hardware (Servers, PC's, Storage, Laptops).
* Administration of Virtual Servers, Active Directory & System monitoring, antivirus, firewalls, switches, system patching.
* Daily System admin / help desk support.
* Fault finding and resolving ad-hoc problems to prevent system downtime.
* Developing supporting documentation and design artefacts from project requirements.
Experience/Qualifications:
* Maintaining, administering and supporting Windows Desktop/Server and Linux systems.
* Strong understanding of virtualization technologies - Hyper-V and Virtual Machine Manager.
* Storage and Networking skills with ability to fault find and resolve.
* Experience in administering and supporting Linux environments preferred.
* Experience in Identity Management, Multi-Factor Authentication and Group Policy configuration and implementation (Active Directory, Federation Services, RSA).
* Information Security Manual experience highly desired.
* High level of customer service, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity in automated build software tools (Ansible).

About the Position:
The successful candidate will ideally have sound knowledge across some/all of the following areas: Maintaining, administering and supporting Windows Desktop/Server and Linux systems, Strong understanding of virtualization technologies - Hyper-V and Virtual Machine Manager, Storage and Networking skills with ability to fault find and resolve, Experience in administering and supporting Linux environments preferred, Experience in Identity Management, Multi-Factor Authentication and Group Policy configuration and implementation (Active Directory, Federation Services, RSA), Information Security Manual experience highly desired, High level of customer service, including strong written and verbal communication skills, Familiarity in automated build software tools (Ansible).
