About The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering professional front‐line reception services while supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the facility through accurate filing, confidential medical record management, and a broad range of essential administrative and clerical duties.

This 24/7 service provides a broad clinical environment with 14 aged care beds, 8 acute beds, a dedicated palliative care bed, and 2 emergency department beds within a close‐knit 15‐bed facility. Working here offers an opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and the local community while gaining exposure across aged care, acute care, emergency, and palliative services.
